Brazos County Juvenile Services Administrative Services

This unit consisting of various administrative staff is primarily responsible for five major functions:

1. Development and administration of both Residential and Non-Residential Contracts;
2. Administration and management of the Juvenile Department’s annual budget;
3. Administration and management of grants;
4. Administration and management of Policy & Procedure Manuals and ensuring compliance with standards of care.
5. Ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness is maintained at all department facilities;
